Congratulations Dakota!
Our Employee of the Month for March is Dakota Fisher (Grill). Dakota is currently a Food and Beverage Supervisor in The Grill and has been a member of the Team since May of 2017. Dakota’s supervisor, Dana Snyder, speaks very highly of Dakota and says, “Dakota takes on any assignment given to her with extreme enthusiasm and professionalism, even if it is a job that she and everyone else would prefer not to do. When our Assistant Manager and most of the Red Brick Eats staff left in early August, she stepped in and ran the Red Brick Eats food trailer, (doing an excellent job), for the rest of the season. Dakota has received numerous accolades from guests for her kindness, helpfulness and professionalism.”
When presented with her award, Dakota replied, “I am honored to receive employee of the month. I would not be receiving this award today without the continued support from my incredible Assistant Manager, Halana or my manager, Dana. Thank you to everyone who voted for me. I’ve worked here off and on since I graduated high school and through college, and I am so happy to work for such a fun company. I am very grateful for my team and to have amazing employees like Liah and Flora that make my job a little easier.”
