Congratulations, Nolan!
Our Employee of the Month for June is Nolan Helms. Nolan joined the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort team in September 2022 and is a front desk supervisor at our Athletic Club. Nolan is quick to communicate and help resolve problems when they arise and is always willing to help out with duties outside his own. He is very reliable and level-headed and always has a positive attitude which carries over to our guests and his fellow co‐workers. Athletic Club Manager Mark Volf says, “Nolan has been on our team for nearly one year and has proven his ability to be a valued supervisor. His consistency, dedication, and perseverance have proven to be a great asset Nolan is a mentor to others and takes care of the day‐to‐day operations at the Club desk. Thank you Nolan for being a valued player for us.”
When presented with his award, Nolan said, “I am honored to receive this recognition. I have enjoyed working for the Hot Springs Resort and the Athletic Club. I would like to thank the management team and everyone that works in the Athletic Club for believing in me, supporting me, and giving me this opportunity. Thank you!”
