Our Employee of the Month for December is Anna Garcia.
Anna is a Club Attendant and has worked for Glenwood Hot Springs Resort since August 2015. Anna’s friendly and helpful attitude is infectious. She performs her Club Attendant duties with pride and she can be seen engaging with members and guests alike, every day. Mark Volf, our Club Manager, and Anna’s supervisor adds that, “Anna has a cooperative attitude, completes her daily tasks each shift and is willing to take on extra duties and coverage. Her member awareness and needs are outstanding. Anna is an employee we can count on and she is also cross-trained to help cover the Club desk for breaks or others. Members frequently express their appreciation for Anna’s friendly and helpful attitude. She has also been recognized several times and won multiple times with our Water Drop program.” Anna works hard and it shows.
When asked how it felt to be our Employee of the Month, Anna said, “I am so thankful and blessed to have been chosen as Employee of the Month for December. It is an honor and joy to work with such a great team at the Athletic Club. Mark is an amazing leader and my co-workers make my job an even better place to work at.
