Please welcome our new Lodge Housekeeping Supervisor Dustin Morgan. Dustin has been a part of the Glenwood Hot Springs family since 2011. Dustin moved to Glenwood Springs in 2005 and attended Glenwood Springs High School. After high school, he relocated to San Diego, California and helped run a family pest control business. Realizing that he enjoyed living in a small town with multiple seasons, he moved back to the mountains.
He started his journey with Glenwood Hot Springs as a room attendant at the Lodge in 2012, was promoted to Lead Inspector and given the opportunity to attend multiple seminars and additional guest service and management training. Dustin has excelled in leading his department and working his way up to Lodge Housekeeping Supervisor, while learning all aspects of his new job along the way. Dustin says he considers himself “very lucky to be a part of this team” and “I have fallen in love with Glenwood Springs and everything it has to offer, whether it be snowboarding, rafting, fishing, hiking or soaking in the famous Glenwood Hot Springs Pool.”
Pool management believes he is a dedicated employee who doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond his own duties, while showing leadership in his department and with other employees. Dustin looks forward to continuing to grow with this company and he is excited to bring new ideas to his department. He would like to thank everyone that has supported him throughout the years and given him this opportunity. Dustin’s phenomenal attitude coupled by his commitment to his team is highly valued and we are proud to see him continue to succeed.
