Our Employee of the Month for July is Taylor Cline. His manager, Taylor Mays, says “It is a pleasure to see Taylor Cline recognized as our Employee of the Month. Taylor Cline is currently one of our Team Lead Lifeguards, along with being part of our American Red Cross Instructor team. Taylor is always one to go the extra mile, constantly taking the initiative to ensure we are providing the safest and most enjoyable experience for all of our guests.” Through guest surveys and on-deck conversations, it is clear that his efforts have been seen by guests and co-workers alike. We truly appreciate his work ethic and positive attitude here at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort.
Taylor has recently gone so far beyond our expectations while assisting a guest, that this decision was made unanimously by our Management team. After exhausting all options to assist a family that was stranded on property, Taylor Cline took it upon himself to drive this family back to where they were staying in Silverthorne. Making this trip after work in his own personal vehicle, and doing so without looking for any notoriety or compensation. Taylor was back bright and early to open the next day, only then did we hear about this from the family involved. It’s the quality of individuals that make up such a great team at the Glenwood Hot Springs, and Taylor Cline is certainly one of those stars. Thank you for your continued commitment to our guests, we couldn’t be more proud to recognize Taylor Cline as our Employee of the Month!
