Water has never been more thrilling! The Sopris Splash Zone offers you and your family new ways to create fun and memorable experiences, with:

Shoshone Chutes: A whitewater river open-air tube ride that plunges you downhill with plenty of twists and turns and screams. You'll feel like you're riding down the Colorado River in Glenwood Canyon, surrounded by lush landscaping, cascading tiers, and boulders.

Sopris Splash Zone: A children's play area with three mini-water slides, waterfalls modeled after the popular Hanging Lake hike in Glenwood Canyon, interactive water features, shallow play areas, and shade structures for sun protection.

Grand Fountain: A water feature that acts as a kid-friendly splash pad by day — by night it becomes a lighted fountain that can be seen by pool-goers and Glenwood Springs visitors strolling across the pedestrian bridge.

Wondering what it's like to float down the Shoshone Chutes adventure river in the Sopris Splash Zone? Take a look! This exciting 3-minute long river ride is anything but lazy, as it twists and turns, banks and swooshes, and mimics the thrill of a Colorado whitewater experience.
