Free pool access and showers to all firefighters actively fighting nearby Grizzly Creek Fire and Pine Gulch Fire
Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is incredibly grateful for all the amazing firefighters working tirelessly to protect our beautiful community and state. We are thankful for all of their efforts and as a small token of our appreciation, we would like to offer our support by providing free pool access and showers to all firefighters actively fighting nearby Grizzly Creek Fire and Pine Gulch Fire.
If you are a firefighter actively fighting fires in our area, we invite you to please come to the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool to enjoy a shower and a soak. Simply bring your badge or identification and there is a sign-in sheet in the Pool Lobby located at 401 N. River Street.

- The Glenwood Hot Springs Pool is open daily from 9am – 9pm.
- Masks are mandatory and must be worn in all public areas with the exception of those actively swimming in the pool.
- In this initial phase of our reopening - No outside food or drink, coolers or 3rd party food delivery will be allowed inside the resort. Our Snack Bar is open from 11am-9pm daily and Red Brick Eats food trailer is open 11am – 6pm daily. Empty refillable water bottles are permitted.

The Grizzly Creek Fire started Monday, Aug. 10 in Glenwood Canyon. Smoke can be seen from town, but thanks to all the amazing firefighters, the City of Glenwood Springs is currently safe and the pool remains open from 9am-9pm daily. Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation. Travel on I-70 has been affected and the interstate is currently closed between Gypsum and Glenwood Springs. Please visit cotrip.org for alternate routes to Glenwood Springs and the most up to date travel information.
