Congratulations Phil!
Our Employee of the Month for May is Phil Samora (Building & Grounds). Phil is a groundskeeper with our Building and Grounds Maintenance Department and has been a member of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort Team since September of 2019. Phil’s supervisor, Juan, nominated Phil and our management team agreed unanimously. A good description of Phil is the “energizer bunny” as you will find him working tirelessly around the property, rain or shine, always busy. Juan says, “Phil is always looking at our grounds and creating projects for himself that will improve and benefit our property. He is constantly looking at areas he can make look better either by keeping them clean or starting new projects without being asked.”
When presented with his award, Phil replied, “I can’t believe I am being awarded Employee of the Month for having fun! I have fun working every day! Thank you very much!”
