Have you contemplated taking a yoga class? Are you a regular yoga class participant? Yoga is an art and a science to living beautifully balanced and healthy. With all the instant activity and constant over-stimulations bombarding us everyday meditation and reflection is ever more so important. Often the physical demands of everyday life are easier than the mental and emotional demands. This month the club is offering two new yoga classes. Come join Marcy’s “Yoga Blend” on Wednesday evenings or Julie’s “Yoga for Every Body” on Saturday mornings. Our bodies are great at doing, but it’s the mind that often needs the most convincing.
