Glenwood Hot Springs, the world’s largest hot springs pool, is seeking a results oriented assistant manager who thrives on challenge. Responsibilities include: leading, in support of the pool manager, operations including lifeguards, cashiers, attendants, slides & mini golf; ensuring a safe environment; hiring, motivating, coaching and supervising staff; and maintaining exceptional guest service levels. Strong candidates will have: at least two years management or supervisory experience with proven ability to lead staff; excellent communication and problem solving skills; exceptional guest service skills & strong computer skills; willingness and ability to obtain necessary aquatics certifications.
