Check-In & Check-Out Time

Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival and Check-out is by 12:00 p.m. on the date of departure. Earlier check-in and later check-out times may be available but must be requested directly with the Lodge. Minimum age required to register is 21 years old. A photo ID is required for Check-In. 

Deposit Payment

A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate will be charged to the method of payment for guarantee, at the time of making reservation. Deposit will be refunded in full if reservation is cancelled in accordance with cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify the reservations staff by 6:00 p.m. at least 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to avoid cancellation penalty, which is equal to one night’s room and tax and will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee reservation.

Pets

No pets, including emotional support animals are allowed at the pool or lodge. Violations at the lodge will result in a charge of $250 for cleaning and lost revenue from the unavailable room.

No Smoking

We are a non-smoking facility. This includes all guestrooms, balconies, patios and public areas. Violations will result in a charge of $250 for cleaning and lost revenue from the unavailable room.

Damage to Hotel Property

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Charges may also include lost revenue from the unavailable room.
