Marissa’s Memo: Spring into Fitness!
This month at the Club, we’re shaking things up and making spring a fun time to dive into fitness! We’re adding new fusion classes to our schedule, making for some amazing additions. Take advantage of what each fitness instructor offers on a weekly basis.
Join Patty on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7 a.m. for Barre Mix Up. Michelle has a Barre Tone class on Mondays from 8 – 9 a.m. Tara is also in the Barre club with options on Monday and Wednesday nights starting at 6:30 p.m. For Spin, classes are held throughout the week with Deb, Kelley, and Lynn. Suzanne, Ann, and Patti keep their students aligned with Pilates. Annig, Lisa, Erin, and Patti restore balance through their yoga classes. Tuesday and Thursdays are a great chance to catch HIIT classes at 5:30 p.m. with Sharma. Cindy, Stacee, Kelley, and Annig push visitors to new levels in the pool throughout the week.
