Marissa’s Memo: Keep Moving!
February is looking to be an exciting month at The Club! As winter continues, it’s always a good idea to get involved with group fitness classes—beat the cold, burn the calories, and bring positive energy into the shortest month of the year! This month, Deb will have an additional Saturday Spin Class at 10 a.m. On February 2, Annig will hold her First Friday Workshop, which will focus on shoulder biomechanics. And welcome back to Tiffany, with TRX Substitute on Monday nights at 5:30 p.m. February is a great month to re-evaluate your health and fitness goals to see what is working and what needs improvement. The cold weather outside lends itself to indoor workouts and this is a great opportunity to train your body in all the functional fitness classes we offer at The Club. Strengthen, lengthen and properly align your body through evidence-based TRX, Hiit, Spin, Pilates Reformer and Mat, Yoga, Barre and Water aerobics classes this month at The Club!
