Athletic Club Class Notes
New Classes Starting in September:
Restorative Hatha Yoga. Sundays from 4 - 5:15 p.m. with Erin. Wind down from your weekend activities with this gentle yoga class incorporating restorative postures and breathing practices to bring the body back into mental and physical alignment.
Pilates Infusion. Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. with Ann. This class provides a combination workout for strengthening your core and lengthening your body. It includes mat, small equipment and Pilates chair exercises designed to improve core strength and overall conditioning.
