Athletic Club Class Notes:
Summer Schedule Reminder: The summer season brings a change of pace that includes numerous modifications to the fitness class schedule. Please be sure to check the June Class Schedule for current dates and times!
New: Swim Fit will now be on Tuesday mornings at 7:30 a.m. with Tesia. Monday and Wednesday evening classes have been canceled. The one-hour class will focus on improving fitness and help swimmers boost their performance through conditioning and stroke refinement. All levels are welcome. Also, please note there is change in price: club members $15/month, pool passholders $20/month, $5 drop-in rate.
New: Try Step Boot Camp on Mondays at 12:15 p.m. with Michelle. This class combines cardio step with strength training and core work.
New: Chair Yoga with Annig will be on Thursdays from 9:15 - 10:45 a.m. Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of a mat class, but with the added support of a chair. This class is therapeutic and restorative; suitable for all ages and abilities.
